Shoreside Basic Wedding Package


We are delighted to offer our special "Jamaica Romance Cruise Wedding Package".. This package is designed for easy adding to it for exactly the number of guests attending the wedding:

Our Package Includes:

Transportation on the day of the wedding from the ship to the wedding site and return for the bride and groom only (If you would like to ride separately, please indicate this)
Traditional ceremony by a non-denominational minister
A mini-reception consisting of a one-tiered wedding cake (serves 10) and one bottle of sparkling wine (serves 6 glasses) - served with china and linens at the wedding site.
A cascading bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere of tropical island flowers.
Taped Island or traditional music.
On-site wedding coordinator.
A professional photographer to capture your precious moments. The photographer will shoot 72 digital pictures and will download them onto your own personal CD prior to your leaving the wedding site.
Bridal couples may select a Garden or Beach location.
The fee for this "Basic Wedding Package" is from $1250.00*
The fee for document processing for marriage license is $225.00

Wedding package price based on being at the wedding site for approximately 1 hours. If bridal couple wishes to extend their time at the site or make plans to be taken to other sites, these arrangements need to be planned in advance.
Price varies depending upon site selection and is based upon basic wedding planning.

*An additional fee of $50.00 is charged if wedding involves extensive planning or is for more than 10 people with the Basic Package.
*There is an additional fee of $50 if wedding is planned less than (30) days prior to arrival in Jamaica.
*There is an additional fee of $150.00 for weddings scheduled on Major Holidays or Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Please contact our office for "Enhancements" to your wedding package, such as a video, extra flowers, additional cake/champagne, entrance fees to the resort, day pass fees for staying at the resort for lunch, additional transportation for guests, plus many more wonderful ideas to make your wedding perfect. If there are other services you are interested in, please ask. Remember, just because a service may not be listed, does not mean we cannot arrange it. We will make very attempt to see that your dream becomes a reality.

Deposits, Payments and Refunds
An advanced, non-refundable deposit of $395 is required to hold the wedding date, time and to secure the marriage license and (2) certified copies. This initial deposit is to be made by certified check or money order, payable to "Weddings in Jamaica". The deposit will then be applied towards the TOTAL of the final wedding package. The balance of monies due on the "Wedding Invoice" is due (45) days prior to the wedding date. This payment may be made by personal check (if more than 45 days prior to the wedding date) or certified check, money order or major credit card (Visa and MasterCard). All checks are made payable to "Weddings in Jamaica." Once your wedding is confirmed with payment, a wedding reservation can only be rescheduled outside of 60 days prior to the wedding date. If you need to reschedule the date of your wedding, for any reason, it is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $100.00.

An itemized "Wedding Invoice" for all wedding services will be provided to the bridal couple prior to the wedding date. All "Wedding Invoices" must be reviewed, signed and returned to the "Weddings in Jamaica" office before leaving for Jamaica. If "Weddings in Jamaica" does NOT received the signed "Wedding Invoice", the wedding services will NOT be considered definite, even though the "Wedding Invoice" is paid in FULL.

Once your wedding is confirmed with payment, a wedding reservation can only be rescheduled outside of 60 days prior to the wedding date. If you need to reschedule the date of your wedding, for any reason, it is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $100.00.

For a refund of your wedding or ceremony enhancements, Weddings in Jamaica must receive notice of cancellation in writing no later than sixty (45) days prior to your wedding date. A refund, less $150 US Dollars and the license fees, will be issued. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than (45) days prior to the wedding date.

Please be advised that in the event of strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, change of itineraries, missed ports, mechanical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances, the cruise line may at any time and without prior notice cancel, advance postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call. Weddings in Jamaica shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement or deviation. Please refer to your cruise ticket contract for additional terms and conditions regarding your cruise holiday.

Hurricane Policy: In the event that the ship cannot safely dock in your wedding port due to a hurricane or tropical storm, Weddings in Jamaica will refund the cost of the wedding, minus the administration fee of $150.00 and the marriage license fee.
