This brochure will assist you in making your decision as to what geographic part of Jamaica you would like to select and then gives you detailed information about the resorts in this area. When quoting rates for your honeymoon, Weddings In Jamaica always quotes to you a discounted wholesale rate.

If you are inviting a group of family and friends to your DESTINATION WEDDING, Weddings In Jamaica assists you with a discounted wholesale group rate for all of your guests. We develop, with your assistance, a Wedding Travel Information Form, which gives all of your guests information about your wedding plans. You submit to our offices, your "Guest List" and we do the rest by mailing out directly to all of your guests, this individualized "Form" . . . at no cost to you. We then keep you informed, on a weekly basis, of the confirmed guests who have made reservations with deposits. Our brides L O V E this personal service.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit to Make Reservation:

The initial deposit will be based on the current day's airfare plus $50.00 for the room accommodations. The optional travel insurance is priced from $59.00 to $109.00 per person based upon your individual needs. The initial deposit is due at the time Weddings In Jamaica makes your reservation. Your final payment is then due (45) days prior to your departure date. You may, of course, make scheduled payments in between your first and final payments until the entire travel package is Paid in Full.

Payment Arrangements:

A Credit Card Authorization Form will be provided to you at the time of making your travel package reservation.

Change/Cancel Fees:

Change fees are generally at $15.00 each unless all of the airline tickets and vouchers have been issued and then the change fee is generally a minimum of $75.00 per ticket. For cancellation fees, please see below:

60 to 46 days prior - $25.00 per person
45 to 22 days prior - $100.00 per person
21 to 0 days prior - $150.00 per person

In the case of hurricane or snowstorm, in general, most resorts will give you a credit for a future stay for the unused portions; however, each resort and airline sets their own policy. Airlines are generally not as flexible as the resorts.

Optional Insurance Fees:

Optional insurance is available to protect you again the cancellation/change fees. This insurance is not valid on pre-existing medical conditions but covers medical emergencies for you and your immediate family only. This insurance is priced from $59.00 to $109.00 per person based on your individual needs. This insurance fee is non-refundable. We recommend that you purchase this insurance to protect your investment and that this fee be made at the time of your deposit.

Documents Required To Travel:

A VALID U.S. PASSPORT is required for adults and children traveling to Jamaica.

Please Note:
The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 requires that by January 1, 2008, travelers to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico and Canada have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States. In the proposed implementation plan, which is subject to a period of initial public comment, the Initiative will be rolled out in phases, providing as much advance notice as possible to the affected public to enable them to meet the terms of the new guidelines. The proposed timeline will be as follows: December 31, 2006 – Requirement applied to all air and sea travel to or from the Caribbean.

Late Booking Fees:

If your reservation is made less than (45) days prior to your date of travel, there is a mandatory $15.00 added to all bookings. This will cover the charge to have the airline tickets and hotel vouchers Fed Exed directly to you.
